Grab Your Fitted, Let’s Go

Fitted Hat

If you are a boy under the age of 18, you will know what Fitteds are.  Little One has hats, lots of hats…and they are called Fitteds.

Characteristics of the hats are Full Back, Flat Cap.  For those of us still learning, this means the back doesn’t have the adjustable strap – thus the “full back”.  You know how we would typically curve the brim with our hands.  Not with these hats, oh no you don’t.  The brim stays flat – thus the “flat cap”.

All these things are important to Little One.  We love to taunt him by saying things like flat back, full brim, flat hat, etc.  This is followed by odd sounds coming from him to show that we should respect the Fitted and know the terms.  Then laughing ensues from the parents.

I know, I know – you probably have discussions in your house about important things while we are making fun of the current hat trend.  Whatever it takes to get through the day I say.
