Circles of Fun in Florida

“You don’t really understand human nature unless you know why a child on a merry-go-round will wave at his parents every time around – and why his parents will always wave back.”

Fabulous outdoor carousal in St. Augustine, Florida.  Round and round they go for circles of fun!

OmG- that’s so true! I don’t know how many times I waved to them on carousels, ferris wheels, and merry-go-rounds…and swings for that matter! 🙂

That’s such a great quote! I’ve never thought about that.

I’m still a fan of the carousel, too!

Very cool! My favourite ride at Mariott’s (later Six Flags) Great America was ALWAYS the double-decked carousel, no matter how old I was. Not only was it huge and totally AWESOME (granted, more so as a little kid), but the lines were always short because the older kids wanted to ride the “big kids” rides. Fooey – gimme a carousel any day! 😀
